“My cat has kidney disease and she loves this food. My only grumble is that Petwell put the food in 2 jiffy bags sellotaped together, the whole thing was falling apart, but all 35 packs of food were accounted for,. Hermes is the courier for this area and as with all couriers they just want to get from A to B ASAP and throw everything around. So please Petwell put it in a box”

“My cat absolutely loves this. It's a bit difficult for her to eat as it's paste and she hasn't many teeth left, but I add a bit of water and it makes it easier for her. I recently bought the dry food for her to try and she loves that too.”

“My cat has stage 2 kidney disease, I have tried lots of other brands but this is the only one she will eat. Like reviewer Daniel W the package was badly damaged. I had ordered 35 packets of the product and it came in 2 jiffy bags taped together, so you can imagine as it gets thrown around in transit it comes apart. My first order was for 7 packs and it came in a bespoke strong cardboard box, so PETWELL you need to look at your packing, you do everything else so well, this let's you down ,and you know no matter what courier you use they just want to get from A to B ASAP. If orders arrive open and damaged customers will go elsewhere”

“Great product and my cat loves it however not for the first time the courier they use has bashed the parcel about which has left the 2 outer cartons all crumpled and had to dispose of a couple of trays as they were open. Its not good that dedicated food comes this way.”

“Great product. My cat has mild kidney disease and refused to eat her special dried food. Vet recommended this and my cat loves it. It has given her appetite a boost and she now eats the dried aswell. Excellent service from Petwell too”
