I've not tried many protein powders, just one or two, but this is fine for me. I've only had Belgian chocolate. my only complaint is - what is the nutritional content in terms of vitamins and minerals?

Manufacturers should add the Lactose content of their products.

First time I've tried PhD protein powder as I've always used MyProtein diet whey. I will never go back to MyProtein now I've tried this protein powder ! It's so much creamier, way less clumpy and actually tastes like chocolate ! I've tried chocolate peanut so far and I'd definitely buy it again !

Love love love this!! Belgium chocolate and chocolate peanut are my fave and so thick and flavoured. However, I really do not like the strawberry delight, much too watery and artificial tasting.

Wow first time trying PHD Diet whey and I am very impressed, I have been looking to find a brand that makes a shake that tastes lovely and I can really enjoy as I have been trying a lot and not found any that I'm enjoying. I was tolled by a female friend she had the same problem and after she tried PHD she was extremely happy and said they taste beautiful so I bought the vanilla cream as I'm a massive fan of vanilla and I bought the strawberry delight I tried with water and it was to thin and watery for me so I mixed it with unsweetened almond milk as it's hardly any calories it's fat free it has vitamins a,e,b12, D in it and I use it in smoothies and it makes them creamy so I thought this with give added vitamins no fat and next to nothing calories and give the drink that creamy thicker shake texture and wow what a difference it tasted so good so creamy and thicker I absolutely love the taste and texture with the almond milk. I also add some porridge oats flower just a little to make it more of a breakfast shake from time to time and I can make it a longer drink as I enjoy it that much I don't like only having it in a small drink. And they really keep you going slow release energy and full all morning and great for any time of the day. I had bought 1kg of both flavours and I love that much I just bought 2kg more of vanilla cream witch you can add to smoothies to I like to add strawberries raspberries or freez dried raspberries fresh strawberries raspberries and mango to my vanilla shake and blitz it up in ninja mixer it's done in seconds can't wait to try the oat cookies and diet whey bars next.

I got the chance to try this protein as it was on special and what I have to say is just WOW. The Belgian chocolate flavour is just delicious and I was so looking forward to my shakes or other recipe made with it, the chocolate peanut is not too bad either. It is the best "diet" whey for a cutting plan that I tested and the results are here, the taste is just amazing, full of energy, does what it claims and the added ingredients are unique to PhD. Even after my 2kg tub I want more and cannot stop recommending it. Next on the list strawberry and cherry :P yum yum. TIP: mix it with some protein yogurt for an evening snack this will leave the sweet tooth satisfied :)

So I ordered this yesterday and received it next day delivery because I was so excited to try it! I can honestly say this stuff tastes incredible!! Like words can't explain how good it is. I ordered Vanilla and Chocolate, I've tried the Vanilla already and love it! Can't wait to try the Chocolate after my workout tonight! I have ordered shakes before from My Protein and personally thought they tasted awful and never touched the stuff again! However my personal trainer suggested I took shakes for post workout as I am now adding in more resistance training! Very pleased with my purchase!
