The issue turned out to be more advanced, so it was not used. The Support Team exceeded my expectations in resolving my original issue. I am holding onto the collection plate as a spare to use on one of our other HomeSoap cleaners if needed. The delivery was quick and the packaging was sufficient to prevent damage during shipping.”
