“PhoneSoaps / AirSoaps / HomeSoaps are great products and I have many..... but the customer service side of the business is much to be desired. Bad communication, no stock on hand, you can sometimes wait 5 to 6 months for replacement units. It was over a month for just one part and they only handle service and repair requests online, no interaction with a person, so you really don't know what you are getting. Gladly take your money with no communication of when units are parts will arrive.”
