Only had short time but working well not at all intrusive in room, noise it makes is not distracting unless on full speed. Auto mode works well and indicator light for air quality works well

I think it is really well designed. I'm impressed with how quiet it is for an air purifier. Also it so far has been working very well. I haven't had it for so many days yet but I am looking forward to continuing to test it out. I really have nothing but very good thoughts about it and have recommended it to several of my friends. I'm very glad I purchased it. It's a very good value in my mind.

I have 3 AirSoap Purifiers. Two AirSoaps and my latest addition the AirSoap 3 Purifier. I guarantee you that I am very happ with my AirSoap purifiers.

I can't try the USB cables because the Airsoaps haven't been delivered. I have never received shipping advice advice. Fed Ex are now chasing import tax which I believe is your problem by shipping both items as one package. Customer support are ignoring me. A very unhappy customer !!!! I have lots of your products and want to buy a travel soap but not sure that I will now !!! Not sure what will happen to the Airsoaps if this is not resolved very soon ????

First, I'm not rating the product as I did not keep it. Second, I'm rating the company/service. It took two months from the time I purchased (the website stated it was "in stock") and my credit card was charged until I received/returned (had to take it to the UPS store as they "don't p/u") the unit and received credit. Every step of the way I had to contact PhoneSoap; they did not reach out to me with information. Will never do business with them again based on their lack of customer service. Prior to this purchase, I had ordered and received many of their items with no issues. My 2 original AirSoaps are still in use and we love them.

I can't rate or recommend the AirSoap X3, as I have not yet received it. I ordered on August 13. I then received a somewhat cryptic note on August 25 telling me that "your unit is held at the US boarder (yes, that's how border was spelled) by the EPA". That note also told me I would receive further updates, but I have yet to see one. I then received this survey request on September 2. As of this writing (September 4), I have heard nothing additional about the status of my purchase/delivery. It seems curious that a survey would come for me to rate the purchase when the company who sold it to me has yet to provide the item purchased or show any proof that it was delivered. The e-mail did request that I review the "product and experience". In fairness, I am unable to rate the product as I don't have it yet. As for the experience, I would classify it as "less than satisfactory" thus far. UPDATE - I reached out to get an update on September 16. No live person answers the toll free phone #...not even sure why they have it? I then reached out via chat, and was told that they "apologized, and that everyone is experiencing this with their orders and that they will update as soon as possible". I tried to engage the chat further for additional information, but the chat was "ended" at that point. I have seen or heard nothing further. I then received an email on September 26 asking if I would "change my review since the issue is resolved". It is now September 28...my issue is NOT resolved, AirSoap still has my money, and I still don't have an AirSoap or any idea when I might see it. Everyone I know that has one of these loves them. Perhaps I will too (if I ever see it), but my experience with the company thus far has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
