“Seems to work fine, but not sure how to tell. My daughter says it has a strange smell, but no one else has complained and I don't smell it. Also it arrived with a small hole in the screen (be sure to check all the parts when it arrives). I sent in a claim, still awaiting replacement part. They said it would take about 2-3 weeks and it has been 2 weeks now.”
“The only inconvenience is placing the unit. It's recommended at least 20 inches away from the wall. I believe because there is air intake at the back of the unit. Maybe move the air intake to the front of the unit, so the unit can be placed against to the wall if we choose to.”

“I bought two AirSoaps to sanitize the air in my home due to concerns over the COVID-19 virus plus general airborne allergens. When we first turned them on, the light on each unit was yellow showing we had unhealthy air. Within an hour, the light was green indicating the air was clean. “I have had other air purifiers before with filters and without. Those were always loud and costly by having to constantly buy filters or they would give off that nasty ozone smell which would force us to turn off. Airsoap is quiet and doesn't give off that weird ozone smell. I even put my face on the top of the fan and still couldn't smell any difference. One instance that I knew it was working is that I was cooking some curry in my apartment and when the glorious smell reached the airsoap it immediately flashed red (there is a light they shines at the bottom which shows your air quality) the airsoap instantly kicked in the fan to maximum and a minute later it was back to green and low speed.
