Ordered 2 weeks ago and never received. Sent email and did not get response. Horrible customer service. I had phone soap defective unit purchased new and was defective. Got refurbished unit after numerous inquiries. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered additional items from company. Terrible customer service experiences

Well, let’s see I ordered this on August 10 and it’s august 26 and i still haven’t received it. I was never notified about any delays. I don’t understand a business that collects money but isn’t able to deliver

I originally left this review on 8/26/23: I ordered it 2 weeks ago, haven't received it, and still don't have a tracking number. Buyer beware. Updated review on 9/26/23: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM! I had to email them over 10 times just to get this response: "Thanks for being patient with this situation, since the X3 packages are in transit from a partnering warehouse we cannot cancel them currently! But we are happy to move forward with a return and refund once they are delivered to you! We will send a return label to you once you receive it and after it being delivered to our warehouse we can issue the refund!". They had my money over a month and the unit still hadn't been issued a tracking number. After going back and forth with their useless customer service department, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get a refund. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs!
