I ordered it 2 weeks ago, haven't received it, and still don't have a tracking number. Buyer beware.
Updated review on 9/26/23:
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM! I had to email them over 10 times just to get this response: "Thanks for being patient with this situation, since the X3 packages are in transit from a partnering warehouse we cannot cancel them currently! But we are happy to move forward with a return and refund once they are delivered to you! We will send a return label to you once you receive it and after it being delivered to our warehouse we can issue the refund!". They had my money over a month and the unit still hadn't been issued a tracking number. After going back and forth with their useless customer service department, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get a refund. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs!”
