It does a good job of cleaning my phones and keys. BUT IT SMELLS /STINKS INSIDE!

‎‏I recently received my HomeSoap device, and while I appreciate its functionality, I would like to share some constructive feedback for potential improvements, particularly for the upcoming HomeSoap 2. Firstly, it would be beneficial to incorporate a blue light indicator instead of the current plain white one. This change would enhance user experience by providing clearer feedback during operation and evoke a sense of cleanliness, freshness, and satisfaction. Additionally, I suggest integrating a see-through window to allow users to observe the UV light sanitizing process. This feature would not only reassure users of the device's effectiveness but also add an element of transparency to the sanitization process. Moreover, including a digital display with a countdown timer with an option of a fully customizable beeping sound on start/finish that would be incredibly useful. This feature would ensure users have a clear understanding of the remaining sanitization time, enhancing convenience and peace of mind. Furthermore, a WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity would be a valuable addition, enabling users to monitor the device's progress remotely via a smartphone app. This would offer greater flexibility and control over the sanitization process. It would also be advantageous to allow users to customize the light to their preferences, rather than restricting it to only illuminating the door. Providing the option to illuminate around the face of the unit would enhance both aesthetic appeal and practicality, offering users more flexibility in integrating the device into their living spaces. Lastly, providing a comprehensive manual guide would greatly assist users in navigating the device's features and functionalities. Clear instructions would prevent confusion and ensure users can utilize the device to its full potential. Overall, while I appreciate the lightweight design of the HomeSoap device, I believe these suggested improvements would elevate its functionality and user experience significantly. I eagerly await the release of HomeSoap 2 and look forward to seeing these enhancements implemented. Given that your company has been in the market for so long and has achieved great success and a good reputation, there is an expectation for continued innovation and technological advancements in your products. These suggested improvements align with this expectation and would further solidify phoneSoap's position as a leader in the industry. Thank you for considering my feedback. Each time I use the HomeSoap Large Capacity UV Sanitizing Box, I’m amazed how clean the items feel afterward the cycle finishes. Proof of how much gunk and bacteria builds up on a cellphone, keys, credit cards, money, remote controls.

This is the fourth Phone soap Large Capacity Sanitizing box that I have purchased. The box works fine, but the three previse boxes the door fell off. The bottom pins on the door rusted and the plastic fell apart. The door usually lasts about a year before we have to replace it . This a problem with the design of the hinges. We keep buying replacements because we use it all the time. We have the phone soap and the phone soap plus and have never had a problem. If you would like to see the boxes I can send you pictures.

I learned on receiving the item from a sticker on the package that there is a known issue of red light. I googled to learn more and learned that often the unit has to be returned/exchanged because the bulb may be cracked or for whatever reason does not work. Because this was to be a Christmas gift that I was going to take up to Canada for my brother, I decided it would be best not to take a chance on this known issue as it would be a headache for my brother to have to return/exchange from Canada. Your customer support rejected my request to return. The box is not even opened as shown in the attached picture. I have been following up with customer support every day since, iterating this reason for returning, that I do not want to give a gift that can be problematic because returning/exchanging from Canada would be challenging. Given that I am not even able to get a customer support response from here, it indeed is better that I don't take this unit up to Canada as it will be even harder then. I shall share this review with my friends if still do not hear by tomorrow acceptance of my return request and a shipping label to return the unit.

Bought this phone soap because phone soap could not fix my previous one I purchased. Said they fixed it but it only lasted a few days and then quit. I am a faithful customer but they don't care.

I use my phones everyday for my phone and occasionally for other items like my keys, iPad, tv remotes etc. It’s so nice to know my devices are clean and free of germs- I can’t live without it!
