“I was having issues getting my phone soap to work and I thought there was a short in the adapter, so I ordered another adapter. I plugged it into the phone soap and experienced the same issues. The adapter apparently fits too loose in the phone soap. Too much wiggle room. It's hard to use my phone soap and takes some creative manipulation and hope to get the cord to lay just right to give juice to make it work. Disappointed the adapter doesn't fit the hole tightly so I can get it to work without ease.”

However, we apologize for any inconvenience! We offer a lifetime warranty on the bulbs and a one-year warranty on the unit from the shipping date. If anything happens to your unit within one year, we will send you a prepaid label to get it back to our warehouse and either fix or replace it.
Outside that one year, but within the first two years of purchase, we ask that you pay to ship it to our warehouse, and we will fix it or replace it and ship it back to you at no cost.

“Not sure if it's the fault of the adapter or the fault of the PhoneSoap, but it's not doing what I'd hoped, which is provide a more reliable power connection for my PhoneSoap, given that the device itself is only 3.5 years old, and supposedly the lightbulb has thousands more hours on it.... feeling let down, but it might not be something wrong with the adapter”
