“I started off with the basic model and just had to upgrade. It's worth going with the one that doesn't have the plastic film (basic one). This model has sticky feet underneath making it easier to open and close. It came in lavender so I just had to have it. It's more of a grey lilac than lavender. Think of the purple iPhone. I love that the time is cut in half! Sanitizes in 5 minutes and has the option to auto start when closed or push the button instead. As soon as it's done sanitizing, it smells like hospital lol sterile. Does the job to kill all germs from anything that fits it. I have become officially a germaphobe since covid so I've purchased 3 units thus far. More so since I use public transport.”

“Good size. I like that it's got usb input for charging so I can take it anywhere. It's fast which is nice. It would be nice if it was just slightly longer to accommodate watch band laying flat or taller to accommodate things a little thicker like watch on its side or AirPods case. Having the bulbs exposed in the top is a little unnerving because I'm worried I'll hit them with something but overall it seems good. The instructions on hire to change mode and operate are a little confusing because it isn't obvious that the light is also the button since it doesn't click per se. I wish it had raised rubber feet instead of the sticky ones to make it stable on more surface types.”
“We like bigger size than our first one . You guys need to look at hinge design . We bought second one because first one stopped working but my husband was able to get it open and wires were caught in hinge and he fixed it after we got second unit .”
