“It will not fit a phone with a mophie or charging case on it. Don't want to take my phone out of its charging case every time I want to use it. Hope they come up with one that is large enough to support charging cases on phones.”
“We have a PhoneSoap Pro that is about 18 months old ( past the 1 yr. warranty). One day we notice a red light was on and then the unit would not work. I contacted customer service and described the issue. They told me to send it back with the return number they gave me written on the box and they would repair it for us. FREE OF CHARGE !! They repaired our unit and sent it back to us within a few days. It's nice to do business with a company that stands behind and believes in their products. We would definitely recommend PhoneSoap to anyone considering purchasing this item.”
