“4 stars instead of 5 because I don't use straws much, and when I do it is usually packaged with a fast food drink automatically. As I find more use for these I have no doubt this will be a 5-star item because of the reuse factor alone. Add in the UV sanitizing factor (I have several UV air soap products, etc.)”
“These fit perfectly in my Ello tumblers - i.e., they have a good, large diameter. They are a bit long at 12 inches. I'm not sure when I would need a 12-inch straw. I wish they made a 9 or 10 inch version. And I wish they made a curved/bent version since that is what I was used to previously. I fear they might break or chip, but let's see.”
“These straws are large and I like the quartz material so using them for smoothies that are thick works really well. I also like the fact that you get five in a pack which is great for the whole family. They are really only useful if you also have the HomeSoap as that is the only device that they will fit in for sanitization.”
“The straws are very nice and it is so convenient to be able to see that they are clean with no funky growth inside. However, they are giant. I should have thought about how a 12" straw would work in my cups before purchase, but I just assumed they would be a normal size. Half of the straw sticks out of the cup I normally use, and they are too tall for my dishwasher.”
“Love them. They make the water taste colder coming up through the “glass” straw. Love that I am not using plastic that is bad for you. Easy to clean and love that can sterilize them easily using UV light.”
“I will currently not be recommending this product I have been trying to get someone in customer service to respond back to my order because I have not received this product. I am disappointed that no one can respond back and get my product sent to me. If this is a problem to receive this product I would like to get my money back for the straws please. If you can send me my product that would be great also. But the customer service for this company is not very good at responding to problems and issues in getting them resolved.”
