“After learning more about my new eminence lilac including how to manage data access I have decided that it is better than sliced bread! A "smart" phone able to assist and enhance with great potential and potentially easy to use. Surplus to requirement wisdom? PLEASE include an online address in the box to encourage the (like myself) ill informed to correct that status. Better than a thousand page "instruction manual" to be thrown away by the invincibly ignorant. Reckon another week and I will genuinely love my Samsung Galaxy 9+ TA muchly, worth every penny.”

“So far the phone has been great, the Like new status is about right, only a small scuff on the top of the phone, but with a case, it seems brand new. Delivery was SUPER fast, like 2 days even during Covid. Im based in Melbourne but still. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“Bought this for my son and it appears to be as good as a brand new one (I haven't actually used it) and is at a much better price. Very good delivery time. The only improvement I think could be made is the delivery tracking system (which may be down to their provider - Toll). An email advising that it had been dispatched and a tracking number, but then nothing. Went into Toll's system a few days later to check status only to find that it had been delivered 3 hours earlier - I wasn't at home but fortunately somebody was as a signature was required. So unlike other delivery systems (like Aust. Post) no heads-up that it was due that day, and no confirmation of delivery email.”
