“Got the phone, looked okay. Once I started to set up the phone it completely bricked, I've tried most of the usual fixes to no avail. I've been in contact with technical support and has not been reseolved in a month. Would not recommend”

“purchased 2 iphones se (1st gen) 32 gb storage and one 6s from phonebot, Digistore (Kogan) and Mobileguru (ebay) respectively. Both se were $149.00 and $145.00 respectively. The 6s (32gb) was $197.00 (after 10% discount). All phones had excellent grades promised and they all did not disappoint, all phones were in excellent condition but Digistore sent the wrong colour. The major advantage of the phone from Phonebot was that the battery capacity was 100% whereas the others had only 80% left and I had to replace them for %65.00 and $69.00 respectively. With these phones 80% battery capacity is not enough to get you through the day and i am only a moderate user. Packaging was best from Phonebot and Mobileguru. Fastest delivery was from Mobileguru. Mobileguru had some accessories come with the phone (which they advertise) but really are not of that much use such as a screen protector, Phonebot had also a free back protector without advertising it + a working usb charger, the usb charger from Mobileguru broke down after 2 days of use). The 6s from mobileguru was in my opinion more expensive than from other sellers (about $30-$40) but it also comes with a 24 month warranty whereas the others have only six months. Clear winner here for me is Phonebot as i did not had to change the battery (under the assumption that they will have the same lifespan - which I don't know). Would/will buy from Phonebot again.”

“The phone sim is locked and unable to use any SIM card I’ve tried. I’ve requested help and it’s 2-3 days later and still nothing has happened. I’m not even upset the phone has an issue cause these mistakes happen but your customer service is lacking for you to take that long and you still haven’t gotten back to me regarding fixing the issue.”

“This phone has a remote management attached to it from some company I've never heard of and it has about 7 certificates and an app which cannot be deleted attached to it and I have found no way to remove it or disable it. Renders the phone useless to me as I do not want to chance some random company access to my information”

“Ordered on the 21st May and here we are the 31st and still no phone so cant write a review about the product. I know Australia Post has cut back on deliveries but item wasnt even processed in Perth until Saturday so problem would seem to be a lethargic despatch at point of sale?”
