Hi Crystal, Thanks for leaving us a review. As per your order placed on Ebay for the iPhone SE. The order was dispatched on time to the address you provided to us, which was for a P.O BOX. The phone was sent on the 31st of July and delivered to the address provided on the 4th of August. Shortly after we found out that you were unable to collect the item from the Post Office & so we called Auspost to re-direct the item to your home address. Unfortunately due to COVID and other situations Auspost wasn't able to comply to our redirection and told us they would be able to return the parcel back the sender. A week after this the parcel still hadn't moved and we launched yet another inquiry to have the parcel returned. We've been in constant followup with Auspost to get the parcel back so we can ship it to the correct address. However none of this would have happened if the correct address had been provided from the very start. We do apologize for delays, but we've been doing everything we can from our end to receive the parcel back so a re-delivery can be made. We would appreciate you re-considering your review as we have been doing everything on our end to make sure we fix this problem.
