“The two PhoneBot stores vary enormously in matters of customer support. Reservoir rarely answers the phone, message system promises to call back within an hour and doesn’t. St Kilda store always answers the phone. I have bought four phones from them because they are closer to me. I will buy phones from St Kilda from now on.”
