“Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Such a good price, I was tempted to purchase it then the price it comes with a bad experience and customer service. I believe they posted the product but once it was left their hand, they do not care about the actual delivery to customers. It's been more than 2 weeks I have not received but all they are saying to contact AusPost. Then AusPost asked me to contact to the seller. The issue I have is that Phonebot is not interested in carrying any due diligence once the goods are left out of their hand. If you get your good delivered in a week, given the price, you should be happy. If your product is stuck somewhere, then you are just unlucky and won't be sure when it will get to you. I requested a refund and was told to contact AusPost. I asked it again and opened a dispute in PayPal. Let's wait and see how it goes.”
