“Hello I received ph today and was good speedy service!! However when I opened a like new ph purchase. What I did receive was a ph with plastic on screen that what all bubbled and had a cheap piece of masking tape with iPhone 8 LN written on it. On top of this the plastic had dirty finger print marks on the top and bottom of ph. Which I found a little distressing given COVID-19 conditions. It was like being served a beautiful meal that had been slopped on a plate and served. I haven’t set up ph yet but certainly hoping it works ok !! In comparison my brother bought a refurbished iPad from Apple and it was presented as if were brand new. There was also no sign of like new 12 month warranty paperwork attached or included. Little disappointed here and didn’t meet high expectations. Regards John”
