The phone is really good though it just a grade B. I've been used it for a week but there is no problem so far. The staff was very friendly when I asked multiple devices for comparison and there is no sight of impolite or angry. That why I choose to share this review.

The phone is good I have no problems with it at all but the service is s##ty no one could tell me when I was getting my stuff ended up being a week by the time I got it and the other half of my stuff was not what I ordered so I rang up and was told to keep the rest as they don't have what I paid for and also I would be getting my cash back but once again they are f##king me around and making me wait for my money i wouldn't recommend using this company

We first of all once again will begin up with an apology for inconvenience of getting a different product delivered but on the other hand we showed the best possible gesture, to show that customer satisfaction is the utmost element to be, considered by confirming a refund and not recalling the device.
