“The phone itself is great, but the initial service was not. Although, keep reading because it is a good news story. I came all over to the reasonable store to purchase the phone. I made the mistake I'm not getting them to turn it on and showing me it is working. When I got home the phone was locked to an international carrier so it would not work. They were very apologetic and after about 12 hours ( and assertive communication) they were able to provide me with an unlock code which worked. The reason I bought this from them was a previous experience where they did offer a money back guarantee. I also like the fact that they provide a 12-month warranty. Although I did have an initial problem, they took my complaint seriously and fixed it. a lot of organisations wouldn't have been so helpful. I would I buy another phone from them again? Yes, I would. Was I happy with the final result? Yes, I am. If you do buy a phone from anyone (including Phonebot), always make sure it works perfectly before you hand over the cash.”
