“High quality product as advertised, definitely an A Grade refurbished device. Delivery was prompt with cable, charger and extras included in a "similar to manufacturer's" package. Battery Health indicates maximum capacity as 100%. The supplied handset cover is basic but suitable. Only quibble is that the screen protector was installed on a slight angle (not exactly parallel to the sides) which is noticeable but does not affect the functionality of buttons or front facing camera.”

“few glitches with touch otherwise working fine, no earphones come with phone which is disappointing as iphone 7 only has charging outlet so have to now purchase iphone earphones”

In case it’s something that needs repairs/replacement, your phone is covered under warranty and will be taken care of without out of the pocket costs. As for the headphones, unfortunately they don’t come along with the purchase but can be ordered separately from our website under >Accessories. I have also published a picture of the product description where no headphones are listed as a part of your order.
