“Just bought a Samsung galaxy note 8 from Phonebot and i have to say I'm glad i did. Initially I was looking for phones on gumtree as i needed a used phone which was affordable as well. The prices that Phonebot offers are very competitive and the phones in great condition. The phone almost seemed like brand new and is working perfect. Best part is they give you 7 days to make your decision and if you don't like it you can just return the phone as well as giving you a warranty for 6 months for a used phone. That was a deal i wasn't willing to forego as you get peace of mind above all things. Big thumbs up to the Phonebot guys.”

“Phone sent was faulty. They offered a replacement, but at my expense to send it back. Didn't respond to emails after i asked for them to pay for postage. I had to use Samsung directly to which they replaced internal parts to fix the fault.”
