“This S9 plus is fantastic, only minor aesthetic damage (discoloration) on the fingerprint scanner, otherwise excellence quality. The free "high quality case" was the official Samsung case that lights up and all that. Quick dispatch. Thanks guys.”

“I love my S9. It feels like a new phone, I can't tell that it's refurbished. I ordered the purple but when phonebot tested it before sending it out they found a fault so called me to ask if I wanted blue or black. Also the cable they sent didn't work so I had to but another. I'm still happy though.”

“The Samsung phone is in fair condition and works well. However I have given a lower review rating as the phone case ordered with the phone never arrived and customer service has not replied to any emails or reviews about the missing phone case.”

“Its not the phone. I never received the phone. the service and communications from PhoneBot were terrible. I drove to the reservoir shop on Sunday (45 minute drive) to get my money back. never ever deal with this company.........”

“Very happy with the phone and the service provided when first recieved the phone calls sounded very low and couldnt hear the other person, took it into the store and was fixed within a minute as it just needed to be cleaned. will buy another phone the next time i need another phone.”
