“Glorious improvement on my older, smaller Mac which could no longer be updated. The resolution and speed are both spectacular and the condition of this computer is as good as new. I saved a lot of money compared to buying new: around $1,000. I was able to buy a much better computer as a result. I had a bit of an issue with figuring out how to transfer everything from my old computer (yes, I googled it and got six different answers), and would have appreciated some kind of guide. Please know that those of us older than 60 still need a bit of a hand with this kind of thing, not because we are stupid but because we didn't grow up with computers. I've still got a few bits and pieces to sort out but overally I am very, very happy with my purchase. Thank you for doing what you do.”
