We apologize for the hassle you have been through, Your order has been sent out from our side with the Auspost now because previously we had got it packed under the MyToll's satchel. Since ,Toll’s website is down therefore we had to switch towards Auspsot which took a little more excessive time. We know you are excited to receive the product and we hope you will get it soon but on the other hand please do not rate us low on some uncontrollable shipping disruptions errors. “Just got the phone loaded and going and all seems to be well. Was very disappointed that my PO box was not acceptable for delivery. I have a PO box to make delivery 'easy and convenient for me', I am not impressed that 'easy for you' takes precedence over customer service.”

Since we previously used to have our packages sent via Auspost but due to recent disruptions faced due to them we are using TOLL and TOLL does not ship on a PO BOX.
