“I’ve been using the iPhone 8 Plus for about a week so it’s too early to review, however it seems reliable and works well so far other than the main speaker sounds very distorted so listening to anything is a very poor experience, also the in-call speaker is quiet and distorted so taking calls is proving to be difficult , these factors are both equally frustrating. Minimal signs of wear on the body - tiny scratches that I don’t care about, although there is a small one across the screen in front of the ‘selfie’ Front camera Which isn’t ideal. Not sure if the battery has been replaced as it states 88% health. It came with an after market charger and cable, fitted with a screen protector Although that cracked on one of the first days from putting the phone in my gym bag with a padlock.. also the phone came with a fitted case for the back which is good. Paid Postage was quick. For perspective, this was listed as an “Grade A” phone.”

We will like to advise you to do a Factory Reset to the phone to see if it makes the speaker better to an acceptable level else we will be happy to recall the phone for rectifying this over. We are glad that this has been timely reported to us so that we could resolve all the queries raised by you. The battery shows 88% health which is more than the grade A standard as we make sure that graded A devices are sent at least with 85% capacity of health. The phone is sent with a compatible charger and cable after testing it However the most saddest part is the Selfie Camera's scratch, could you please click and send us a close picture of the issue mentioned by you at support@phonebot.com.au.
