“very happy with purchase. the note 9 is in amazing condition and looks and works as if brand new. postage was good also. previously attempted purchase from a different supplier and they were useless. these guys were great and product is great also”

“Prices are very competitive, comes with warranty. Service is predominantly done on line through Facebook/ messanger. Staff are more than willing to help out with any claims. Overall helpful and willing to provide for customers. Cheers”

“Service is lack of if any at all, I've emailed phoned directly. With no luck Also the charger in which they supply standard with referbished/ like new phone, are very cheap and only 0.4amp out put... which means for a large battery and a fast charge phone it will barely charge the device. So you will need to use your own charger. Also I have just got the phone and noticed the camera when zooming in even just a little bit, makes a horrible vibrating noise and gets worse the more you zoom in!! And the camera can't focus (blury). This was sold as A grade / like new. In which I don't think they actually test the device properly before sending. Package was also damaged during postage. Package was just left unattended at front of house (should have been a signature or collection). So in a whole probably better off using Kogan. Regards Shane”
