“i've ordered 2 board books, one for my granddaughter and one as a gift for a friend's grandson. I have not seen the gifted book in person, but the one for my granddaughter was of great quality and has withstood infant/toddler handling to date. The customer service on the second book ordered for a friend was fantastic, with a representative helping me with a last-moment edit Shipping and delivery times were excellent. i'll use this service over and over again, as needed.”
