“I was happy with the quality of the book when I first got it - bright, clear, shiny pages. But the spiral binding kept spinning itself off over and over. I wrote to customer service asking if there was a way to fix or change the binding. They didn't respond, but instead sent another whole book with spiral binding. However, this second book was really low quality. The photos were dark and grainy and the pages were thinner. I don't know if the spiral stays on or not, because I haven't been using the second low-quality version.”

“Our grandson loved his Name and Face book. Loved the early reading aspect of matching simple names with photos. Even though he is only 8 months old this book will be used for many years to come! My niece loved it and made one for her son too!”
