“The app was difficult to use when having to edit the pictures. My final product, which arrived in the mail, had pictures which cut the tops of the heads of some pictures. Making the book unattractive. When I reached out to the company, they only offered a 30% discount to replace the book. So I would have to pay full price for the irregular book plus another 30% to get one without the errors. No thank you. You lost a customer!”

“I made my first Board Book for my grandson's 1st birthday on 9/22. I recently made my second board book for his 2nd birthday 9/23. I am so pleased with the quality of these books! They just look so adorable! Very easy editing format; and I like the spiral spine look versus the other custom sites offering board books. AND customer service was Awesome on this recent order. I thought I might not receive the order in time but the customer rep, Jenn, did an outstanding job contacting me daily with updates on production, shipping, and delivery! Very Happy & highly recommend using Pinhole Press!”
