“Absolutely love! The photos are clear and the paper/board pages are strong enough to withstand toddlers! My granddaughter LOVES looking through and pointing to each person to be named. I’ve shown my friends and coworkers and they’re all just as impressed!”

“I just love the quality and brilliance of the pictures! My grandson loves looking at himself and learning the names of his family by looking at the pictures He loves sunflowers so incredibly much that my cover page was just that! Keepsakes for a lifetime! “I was pretty disappointed when this photobook arrived. I ordered the exact same thing a year ago for my son, and this one for my daughter was not the same quality. I immediately noticed it was much thinner than the last one and came from a different facility. The older book I have has heavy-duty plastic pages that are childproof, and the photos are beautifully true-to-color; it was definitely worth the $50+. This new book is on cardboard pages (like a board book, yes, I understand) but the photos all appear oversaturated. I'm assuming a change was made with the print vendor as the company grew. Such a bummer.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your recent purchase. Our board books go through a strict quality control process to ensure that the quality of each book lives up to our high standards. Historically, the board books had been printed at two different printing facilities. After careful consideration and quality comparisons, we recently decided to move all photo book orders to a single facility. If you compare a board book printed earlier to the transition, you may notice slight differences such as spiral size or thickness of the book. However these minor differences should not detract from the overall quality of the book. The same paper, spiral binding and glossy finish that we’ve used from the very first board book are still there! A member of our team will be in touch soon!

“We had to create a board book photo album for our daughter's pre-school, but had trouble finding somewhere to provide us with this service in Canada. Luckily, we stumbled upon the pinhole press website, which was easy to use with a phone. I especially liked how we were able to add descriptions to all of our photos. When the book arrived in the mail, the quality of the photos and materials used to make the book were first-class. Our 2-year-old daughter loves flipping through the pages!”
