“I have ordered 4 books from Pinhole Press for my grandchildren’s first birthday. I loved the first 3. This last one was very disappointing. When I reached out for a replacement, was told it was my fault, & could not be replaced. Very sad!”

Our records show that you were informed that a free replacement was not possible due to the particular issue you had with your order, but that we offered a significant discount on a reprint if you wanted to correct the issue with your photos and then place a new order. “This book is very easy to put together with the ABC theme by dragging photos for each page. The book is made of high quality material that should stand up to any toddler. It has been a big hit with my 2 year old grandson and his older brother.”

“The book was just as expected. Very durable, high quality resolution on all pictures, delivery was as specified. My only complaint is the $40 price (with taxes) seems a bit much for a small book, but the quality and consistency made it seem worth it.”
