“Shortly after my order arrived and I opened up the frame to remove the prints so my daughter could decorate it with her art work, the glass broke when placing it back it in the tight frame. Very poorly designed, as the point of this set up is to be able to switch between the three prints whenever desired. My elderly parents, who were supposed to receive the frame as a present, would have had a lot of difficulty doing this on their own and would have had to deal with the broken glass that I dealt with. I ended up taking a lot of time and money to purchase a custom plexiglass piece to replace the broken glass, almost the cost of the frame itself! In the future, please consider changing the material to a picture frame quality plexiglass used to suit the purpose of the frame.”
