Please note, all unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 28 days. I will talk you through our returns process step by step,
1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging.
2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier.
3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note)
4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office.
5. Keep your proof of posting safe.
