“Been dealing with neck issue on for a year super light high quality and top shelf comfort/product . my only regret is not buying this helmet along time ago .I had a issue with a wrong address in witch was my fault so emailed customer service they where quick to get back to me and resolved the issue I will continue to come to pipelines clound for my welding supplies and gear .
