The reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that when I ordered it (as a Christmas gift), I input a message that was to be sent along with the first 'package' in order to explain who it was from and the meaning of sending HER this as a gift. That message was missing, and when she received it, she was quite confused, as she had no context as to who had sent it or why. I understand that these things happen, but it kinda muted the experience.”
Hi Tom, glad to hear your giftee is enjoying the subscription! We're sorry to hear that your gift recipient didn't see the gift message email. I reviewed our email logs and can confirm our software sent a gift message email to Rita on 12/13 as requested. If the recipient didn't see it, then I'm sure it landed in a gmail "promotions" folder or maybe even the spam folder. Not much we can do there as gmail controls where the email goes. But we will look into options to improve. thanks!
