The sizing chart was accurate for me, to a T.
If you like button ups for layers, I'd say size up; it seems to be a true, trimmer "ladies fit" [but a functional one! not like most styles of women's clothes that are uncomfortable and have no function].
If you don't like tight cuffs when they're buttoned, probably size up.
