“This jet black (I'd call it dark charcoal) is a beautiful and elegant shirt. Since I first moved to a cold-weather climate, I've become partial to flannel shirts, which I value for their warmth, practicality, and (especially for plaids) their potential for adding a bit of color to dark winter days. But elegance, too? A welcome and unexpected bonus. I love this shirt, and I'm so glad I bought it.
In addition, Pladra customer service was outstanding. I'd given up the idea of considering this shirt at all, because the website hadn't listed my size as available. But, during my phone query about the Christmas sale, when I'd mentioned the shirt merely as an aside, Scott remembered that he'd seen this shirt in my size-- either in his store or the warehouse -- and, despite the busy Christmas season, he kept looking until he found it. I've never received this kind of attention for an online purchase of any kind. Truly incredible, and a reason to give this purchase 6 stars, if the scale allowed.”
