“The product I received was in used condition even though I expected it to be new (no mention of being used in description). The company did reach out and offered help with returning/exchanging. However, I realized that the minimal wear was not sufficient reason for me to utilize resources to exchange for a brand spanking new pair. Plus, it was pouring outside and I wanted to go ahead and get errands done without soaking my shoes and hems. Long story long: They do the job and are super stylish. I am pregnant and putting on shoes is not a fun adventure right now. These are fairly easy to slip on and have been a real lifesaver in these final weeks of rainy weather pregnancy.”

“I bought these to wear when I am walking my dog along stream that I need to cross along the walk. It is only water proof to the bottom of the stretchy part. if you go into a puddle or stream more than 3 inches deep you will have wet feet”
