Keep me dry. Comfortable to commute and wear all day. Doesn‘t really look like a rain boot. Don't have to change out of clunky rain boots to work shoes, could just keep these on at the office. Not insulated, but if not in cold water/ snow keep my feet warm because they are a rubber boot with not much ventilation depending how your clothes cover the top. Other reviewers mentioned a seam I thought would bother me, but mine is so small I have to look for it, so I don't mind. There is a rubber/chemical/ straight from the factory smell when you open them, but it faded away in about a day.

I really like my new boots. I‘m not sure how warm they are...only worn them once and even though it's january, it's not very cold outside right now here. They are more comfortable than I expected. Not a lot of support in the arch area but I have inserts for that. It's a really comfortable fit for me...they are a little roomy in the heal area which may cause some rubbing on the leg where the boot meets skin (like in other reviews) but I'm not planning to hike in these. They seem great for casual wear with skirts or jeans. If that changes with more wear, I'll update my review.

I had to use these in a basement where the sump pump went out and there was standing very cold water. My feet stayed totally dry and I was thankful.
