“These boots have been GREAT! They are super stylish ( I where them all the time, even when it isn’t raining), and very comfortable. I had ordered a pair through Planone and I misunderstood and thought these boots were completely waterproof. They aren’t, however Planone sent me new boots to replace the one that got water damage. They still hold up in rain very well just don’t go in really deep puddles. Fantastic product and Amazing customer service!”
