“I love these boots! I got the matte black ones and have been wearing them almost every day (I live in Portland, OR). I work as a substitute teacher and commute on the bus, so I walk around outside in the course of my day and also need to look reasonably professional. These are perfect because they go with all of my teacher clothes and don‘t look out of place like a full length, shiny rain boot, and they keep my feet dry. They are also super easy to clean! I bought a pair of beautiful leather booties at the same time as I bought these rain boots but have not worn them yet because these meet my needs perfectly.”
“I wore these boots during heavy rain with ~1-inch flooding, and my feet were SOAKED with the soles of the boots after just walking between two campus buildings. I‘m not sure how most of the water entered, but the elastic fabric part on the sides is not waterproof. These boots will keep you dry only from moderate rain and shallow puddles.In terms of style, I like that it is versatile. I got them in matte black, so they can match most outfits. An issue that I have is the opening, which is more elongated forward/backward rather than circular, and it sometimes makes the lower part of my legs look a bit weird.Overall, these boots are fine for moderate weather, and they are not too bad for the price.”
