I'm a 6 1/2 to 7 Normal width so I got the 7 and they fit perfect. I gave them 4 stars only because I have not used them yet so I cannot attest to their durability. Super affordable so will probably order a second pair. I ordered the yellow ones and the color was super vibrant.
