“I read a lot of the comments about these boots before I bought them. Usually I have to try on boots as I have big calf muscles. The reviews lead me to give these a try. I garden, a lot. Much of the time I garden in rubber boots as winter is such a wet season for us. My last pair of boots split as the mud sucked my boot deeper as I lifted my foot. The previous reviews mentioned the top edge of the boot giving rub burns on their legs. I tuck my jeans into the top of the boot now, though in the summer I will be wearing shorts, but I see no worry about the edge rubbing a sore spot on my leg. The tread could be a little deeper, certainly not slick but needing good tread, the more the better.In summary, they are comfortable, keep my feet dry, aren‘t too tight on my calf, and are cute- who doesn't like polka dots?”
