“I bought these to take on a trip to Ireland. I wore them on a long hike up the hill at Dun Aengus, on the Innishmore Island. The boots were comfortable and secure as I picked my way over slippery stones and rocky areas. When I came back the shiny black finish was dusty from the white limestone soil. They cleaned easily to their original luster with a moistened paper napkin. I wore them with heavy knee socks which helped with warmth and comfort. I am glad I made this purchase.”
