I hope to improve my psoriasis, improve circulation, and improve overall mitochondrial health. My muscle recoveries and aches and pains have been dramatically improved by the device. The only complaint I have is that I wish there was specific guidance on your website or in the owner's manual on recommended settings for treating certain ailments. For example, what should the settings be if you want to treat only your eyes? Also, I wish there was a way to change the settings universally when they are all connected to one another. I have not been able to figure that one out.”
Hello Todd! The control and customization of all panels at one time is easily accomplished by the use of the Professional Touchscreen Remote which is available directly on the website. With this remote, you can control as many lights at one time as you wish as well as micro-adjust the output levels of the individual arrays. For the usage of the lights, the application is basically the same for all desired applications so it makes them very easy to use. As a general rule of thumb, we’ve found that 10-20 minutes per day at a distance of around 8”-14” for deep tissue or 18”-24” for superficial facial skin therapy on bare skin with a max of 2-3 treatment areas per day to be a great average usage guideline for basically all applications. We would suggest to start slower/farther at first and then work your way up to the closer distance/longer exposure once your tolerance to the light has been found.
