“The lights themselves work well and are powerful. They seem to do what they advertise for the time being. The units are well constructed therefore I would expect to have many years of service from these lights.
Customer service was one of the worst experiences we had to deal with. I’m hoping that these lights will be providing many years of service without any issues. If not, I think our next move will be to trash these lights and purchase them from another vendor.”

I have been using mine for about 6 weeks now and my complexion looks amazing. I haven't even had a pimple appear since I've been using it. It also seems to make my back feel better when it is sore from working out. All in all I am happy with my purchase. If I look the same in 5 years as I do now (I'm 40) it'll be worth the money. The only complaint I have is that it took 6 weeks to arrive. They kept pushing the expected arrival date back. I bought the small biomax but if I had it to do over again I would have ordered the longer one. I think it's called the 600 biomax but the benefit of this size is that I can travel with it.”
