“So far, if I incur a back injury from heavy lifting or abuse my high school-injured knee, 5 minutes at 6 inches away gives miraculous pain relief. I'm amazed! I have not yet noticed improvement in my chronic issues (metatarsal sesamoid inflammation, osteoarthritis of distal finger joints, upper arm cellulite, lower back pain). But I have only been using the Bio 300 for 3 weeks and I've had these issues for years. I am following Ari Whitten's treatment recommendations. My main disappointment is that the illunemated area at a given distanc seems much smaller than that claimed by your diagram. The red lights only illuminate an area the size of the panel at 6" so I assume the NIR area is the same.”
