Realizing that I should become an affiliate marketer for the brand is a frustrating feeling because after more than a month with our new BIOMAX 900, we are still waiting for the stand to be delivered.
After a delay in shipping ( I understand. It happens.) The delivery driver sent the package back due to “damages” and we would need to wait for a re ship. The re ship was never delivered, and our original order seems to show that the damaged product was delivered.
There seems to be only one person in charge of logistics, and they aren’t available.
