“I have never ordered anything this expensive by Internet and I've never owned an infrarouge lamp before. I was very worried about this purchase but I am going through chemotherapy and the cost and effort of trying to get this therapy made it essential to have my own lamp. As I live in Europe I was concerned that the purchase would end up getting stuck in customs or would have the wrong wiring. Though it is as solid and heavy as a tank it arrived in perfect condition in just over a week. So now I'd just like to say that these guys really know their stuff.
